The city of Mannheim engages the Bau- und Betriebsgesellschaft mbH to reorganize seven schools in Mannheim or to guarantee a new building in required measure.

The winner outline results from the cooperation of the architect Andreas Schmucker and the architect Mark Nikolas Schütz for a modular school structural system which becomes prime example because of his economic sustainability and formal meaning.

The 'Planungsgesellschaft Schmucker und Partner mbH' in Mannheim works successfully on the required performance phases. The realization of the outline is allocated to the team BilfingerBerger and Züblin.
