The 'German Business Park' will be a new centre for German companies and business people in the United Arab Emirates. The integration of the 'German Center' supports the entry of small and mid-size German enterprises to the markets of the Middle East.
Worldwide, Dubai is the seventh German Center after Beijing, Shanghai, Singapore, Yokohama, Jakarta and Mexico City.
In 2007, the architect Mark Nikolas Schütz designed the 'German Business Park' for the architectural office 'Fischer Architekten GmbH' in Mannheim.
On the strength of the outline developed by Mark Nikolas Schütz, 'Fischer Architekten GmbH' has been engaged to carry out subsequent design efforts.
Design execution is being done by 'Rice Perry Ellis' with project management by 'Drees & Sommer Gulf'.
